Damage Deposit / Cleaning Fee

Damage deposit of $200 and the $65 cleaning fee will be added to the booking price, and due within one week of confirmation of reservation or before check-in for last-minute reservations.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM (by lockbox). Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
