CABIN DESCRIPTION
This cozy 930 sq. ft. cabin is your vacation destination, right on the edge of Lake Conroe. Decorated with PIZZAZZ by a professional artist in ‘nature’ and ‘lake’ themes throughout. You are renting the entire cabin! There is a living room area, kitchen area, two bedrooms, full bathroom, 250 sq. ft. loft with stairs, front porch with loveseat, table and chairs, and a MEGA-DECK surrounding most of the cabin (shared by both cabins). Our cabins are located on “the Point” so we have an uninterrupted 270° view of beautiful Lake Conroe.

CABIN RENTAL RATES
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we are renting on a monthly basis only. This is necessary to make it possible to properly clean and disinfect the cabin prior to your arrival. Until the pandemic comes to an end, we are offering the cabins at the 'low season' rate, all year. We apologize in advance if this is an inconvenience to you.

HOUSE RULES
Meals – Self-Catering
Check-In/Check-Out – If your needs are different, let us know. We want you to be comfortable.
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM
- Check-out is before 11:00 AM
Maximum Occupancy – 4 adults, 2 children (plus 2 inflatable beds available). One adult per two children.
Minimum Age of Primary Renter – 21 years.
Pets – Please leave your pets at home. We are not equipped for and do not allow any pets whatsoever.
Animal Penalty – Accidental pet on premises surcharge: $1,000.
Smoking – No smoking is permitted within the cabin. There is plenty of seating on the porch or the huge deck.
Languages – We speak English, French and Spanish.
Damage Deposit – $300
Penalty – Accidental pet on premises surcharge: $1,000.
Payment – Rental fee and deposit are due within one week of confirmation of reservation or for last minute reservations, before check-in.
Cancellation – Cancel by the 7th day before your scheduled arrival and get a full refund. Following that, the one-night’s fee and 50% fee for the remaining nights will not be refunded.
Currency – We accept US dollars and Euros, conversion at published rates.
Form of Payment – We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App and Zelle.
