Payment Rental fee plus $300 deposit are due within one week of confirmation of reservation or for last-minute reservations,

Cancellation Cancel by the 7th day before your scheduled arrival and get a full refund. After that and the one night’s fee and 50% of the fee for the remaining nights will not be refunded.

Our prices are reasonable and are ‘below market’ for what you will receive. All costs are included in the per-day price, and we are still at or about the base daily rate charged by others with similar accommodation (before they add on the extras). Once you come inside and see what you get, there will be no comparison.
